RAW diets use uncooked slightly cooked meat, bones, fruits, and vegetables to mimic the natural foods eaten by the domesticated dog’s wild ancestors.  While opposition still exists, the benefits of a RAW diet are numerous.

Chewing raw, meaty bones results in clean, white teeth with virtually no “dog breath.”  Many commercially-fed dogs experience painful periodontal diseases such as gingivitis and abscesses - even with regular brushing and flossing.  Skin disorders heal, and dogs develop thick, healthy coats.  Owners of RAW-fed dogs report improved temperments with an increased ability to focus on training.

Healthy Pet Products Made in the USA

Freeze Dried Beef Complete - Freeze Dried "Beef Complete" is made from our Fresh Frozen "Beef Complete" cubes. Great for traveling with raw meat without having to refridgerate it. We recommend that you reconstitute it when feeding as dinner or primary diet. Simply break up in a bowl, add water; and allow a few minutes to reconstitute, then serve. Once reconstituted, it's the same as the fresh raw meat and should be served at once, allowing 20 to 30 minutes to be eaten. Any uneaten portion should be refrigerated or discarded. Dogs love the Freeze Dried so much that it's also widely used in its dry form for treats, as a training tool, and as dog show bait. Simply break off small pieces and feed as dry treats.

Please Note:  All weights are wet. Dry weight is less.

Wish you would break cases down to smaller order sizes, OR offer a mixed protein case.

Nature's Variety - Raw Frozen Lamb Dog & Cat Food

Your pets are meat eaters, so raw food is the most instinctive and natural form of nutrition they can eat. A diet consisting of raw, fresh meat, organs, ground bone, and fat reflects what they would eat in nature. With natural proportions of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, proteins, and amino acids, raw diets provide wholesome nutrition for the health of your pets. The natural results of such high quality nutrition include increased energy, toned muscles, and a soft, glossy coat!

We can only ship frozen food on Monday. Orders received after 12:00 Noon CST on Monday will be shipped the following Monday.

Fritz loves it and it seems to agree with him. I haven't done any research as of yet on raw food for dogs but, intend to do so. I'm wondering if it's a good thing that there's less residue creating less poop, of course. Right now I'm feeding him half of the suggested amount of the raw lamb and half of the suggested daily amount of Origen. I'm doing this partially because I think the dry food is probably better for keeping his teeth clean. Luckily, he eats the raw first because he apparently prefers it and them eats the dry. I feed him half and half at the same meal twice a day.

As always Nature's Variety is a wonderful choice. This is definitely the best food I've found for my dog, just wish it was not this expensive.
