Well, I can't stand the look of this, or the smell. My husband thinks it smells good and it doesn't bother him. Now as for the dogs..... they go crazy for it. They love it. OK, this is really gross.. my dogs don't like it too much and in all seriouslness dog food should be at least appealing looking for humans. It looks like a bunch of dead snakes being dumped into their bowl. I won't buy again.

Our guys were not crazy about this and we were not thrilled with the smell and consistency.

I like staying with the Holistic Select family of products, because then I can switch products without worrying about tummy upset. My dogs digest this food really well. This stuff is very expensive and pretty disgusting-looking (at least to me, who is a vegetarian), but it fits the bill for dogs with serious dietary issues. My 2 dogs (littermates) have to have low-fat, low-fiber, and novel proteins; and this food meets every criterion -- and it's tasty(apparently) too.
