Dehydration, or drying, is an ancient and gentle method of food preservation. Food dehydration works by removing only the water. Almost all other nutrients remain–and become highly concentrated. Dehydrated foods are highly nutritious, easy to prepare and store, and light-weight to ship.

My pups love it and they seem to thrive on it! However, I wish there was a bit more for the money. My two 13 lb. pups go through a whole box in a month!

This stuff looks and smells pretty nasty. BUT... my little chihuahua/dachshund mix loves this stuff. This food doesn't absorb the water as well as other dehydrated food that I've tried, but it doesn't seem to bother my dog. He licks the bowl clean, which is not a normal thing for him to do. I like the Honest Kitchen food better because it just smells so good, but I'll keep this in the rotation just because my dog likes it so much.

My 17 year old, Lenny, loves this food! I am so pleased I discovered it, no more finicky eating. He gobbles this food up
