Samples! Hooray! Everyone loves samples and we're no exception. We strongly believe in trying various foods to find what works for your dog or cat and are always working to make that easier for you. Samples are one way of making sure your pet will like a food before you commit to a big bag.
As you can imagine, the whole free thing makes this a very, very, very, very popular service. Very popular. Not to mention, the manufacturers don't always send what we're expecting, so sample inventory is a moving target. Which means there have to be rules around how they get handed out to keep things fair for everyone (including us). If you have any questions about them, just let us know!

Subject to varying availability. Irregular shipping and from the manufacturer means we can't guarantee we'll have the sample to ship you, although we do our absolute best to keep our inventory accurate when you order.
For sample-only orders!! There are definitely shipping charges. And shipping charges are non-refundable for partial orders. In others words, if one sample ships, you still pay shipping for all the samples you ordered. If no samples ship, you pay nothing. It's a gamble on your part, although we try our best to get you what you order.
The ability to offer samples fits strongly with a core part of why we're in this business in the first place. We're glad we can provide this service and hope to continue to do so.

Been purchasing TOTW Smoked Salmon dry dog food for a little over 6 mos. and now have it on AutoShip. I can get it at a local pet shop but I have to make a special trip out there. Since it's about the same price there, and I get free shipping from K9cuisine, the AutoShip saves me time. I was feeding my dogs a brand I could get at Wal-mart but my dogs' trainer recommended I do some research on the dog food subject to draw my own conclusions and this was one of the best out there. I noticed that my dogs eat about half as much as the other brand; they seem to get full on less (which means they poop a lot less). This also makes up for the higher price which was a nice surprise. The other brand was full of fillers and dogs need protein so this was a great choice. I have a Husky, Terrier, and Chihuahua and they all love it (my cat even loved it so I buy the feline TOTW for her now). It smells great to me; almost good enough for humans.

This dog food seems to be a good fit for all four of our dogs. Since we started our dogs on it, my husky mix coat has stopped being flaky and itchy, and my mother-in-law's shih-poo has stopped constantly scratching his skin. The kibble is flat on the bottom, making it so even our little chihuahua mix can eat it without a problem. Put all that together with the price, and this is a great dog food.

High-quality ingredients and a very nutritious food with added probiotics. Smallish kibble, but I always add water and canned food to their meals anyway, so this isn't an issue for my large boxers. My main concern is buying a quality food that my dogs will eat that has NEVER HAD A RECALL, and I feel safe giving them the Fromm food :)
