Before you try to order free samples there are a few things you need to know.

The purpose of the free samples is to provide our customers with an opportunity to try a couple of different foods without having to purchase a large bag and have the food wasted on the chance their dog does not like the food. 

We are not a "free sample" site. The purpose of this page is not to mass distribute free samples. If your sole purpose is to get a bunch of free sample you are likely to be very frustrated by this process. It will take considerable work to order more than one or two free samples.

We receive a very limited number of samples from the pet food manufacturers. We try to make these samples available all the time. And we would like every customer that needs to change their pets food to to have an opportunity to try the food before buying a large bag. We, therefore, strictly limit the total number of free samples to ten. Further, we limit the number of samples per formula to one. This means you can order one sample bag of ten different foods. There are no exceptions.

Please note if you only order samples there IS A CHARGE FOR SHIPPING. Free samples may be included with any order. There is never a shipping charge for order over $50.

We do our absolute best to maintain accurate inventory counts of samples and reflect stock availability on the site. We also try and send all samples that are ordered. However, the availability of samples is sporadic at best. There will be times when we are out of stock of a particular sample.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, NEVER, EVER, EVER, WILL WE REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES ON INCOMPLETE OR PARTIAL ORDERS THAT ARE SHORT A PARTICULAR SAMPLE.

THIS MEANS IF YOU ORDER ONLY SAMPLES, YOU ARE DOING SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ALL SAMPLES ORDERED WILL BE DELIVERED.

To locate the samples click on the product name or the "More Info" link below. You will then be taken to the product detail page for the selected item. On the product detail page you will find a drop down menu labeled "Options". If the samples are available they can be selected from the drop down menu on the product detail age. You will need to add the sample to your cart and check out normally.

We can not add samples to an order that has been completed.
