My american bulldog has been on this for 2 months now. Unfortunately, he has loose really smelly stools, some diarhea, and lots of gas on it. I will have to try something else which is not good since I did so much research thinking Orijen was the best food. It seems like it is kinda luck of the draw with these foods. His skin is really soft, he has lots of energy, and his nails grow really fast though.

My dog's pick in a 12 food taste test! Out of all the foods he sampled, he ate this one with the most enthusiasm and this was the first he finished.
Only wish is that this food came in a small bites size! He did struggle a bit with the large size of the kibbles (although that didn't keep him from eating it).

Inspite of the fact that I fed it to my Pekes gradually, Ihad to wash butts once or twice daily and scrub out poop from my kennel. Every time Iwent out there was poop all over the place.Ieven had to give one dog Kaopectate because her's got so bad. Iquit using it and they got o.k. Maybe Igot a bad bag. Transitioning to Wellness: It is important to slowly transition your puppy from his/her current diet as it takes a few days for the body to adapt to the new nutrient levels. How to Feed Your Puppy: As puppies grow up they need to learn when, where and how to eat. Depending on age, puppies need to be fed at the same time and in the same place 2 - 4 times per day. We have a 10 month old German Shepherd puppy, MAJEK, who isn't much of a foodie, so what she eats has to have exceptional value. We are expecting her to finish around 70 pounds and we expect to have her on a large breed puppy food for at least another year.

My dog has allergies and Wellness brand was recommended. She does well with this brand, although I prefer the Venison and Rice, I have bought this as a substitute and it is a good change of pace for my dog.

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because one of my dogs doesn't like it. He likes Origin Adult but for some reason doesn't like the Legacy Adult which in some cases seems better to me.

Your dog's nutritional requirements will vary according to age, breed, environment and activity levels. Feed adult dogs once per day or divide equal portions and feed twice per day. When switching to Pinnacle, gradually increase the amount of Pinnacle while decreasing the previous food over a 3 to 5 day period.
