I'm impressed with Nature's Variety products across the board, and this is one of my favorite products. It's one that my finicky eater loves. Solid nutrition but I've downgraded by one star wishing it would leave out the garlic powder and salt.

I tried this based on the Eagle Pack name and the fact I have a dog with allergies. It was a little cheaper than the Nature's Variety - and I like to rotate products occasionally to circumvent future allergies and food boredom. My dogs (I feed it to all three) really seem to like the taste of this.

i use canned to encourage my picky dog to eat. 5 yo great dane in perfect condition with gleaming coat thanks to eaglepack natural formula (purplebag). this wets the food, but dosent give him diarrhea-- i find the other eagle pack canned food does give him very soft stools. perhaps less fat content in this one? he gets sufficient nutrition from the dry, but this makes it tasty!

This food fared better than the possum. I do use it as a mixer for the fussy eaters. What they really want is the "real" thing: chicken, liver, and beef!

They do best with the venison and duck.
Waste is small and almost odorless and their coats are amazing. I'd recommend this food definitely. We use a small spoonful on top of the Evo Small Bites no grain food.

Bought this 100% meat food because the EVO 95% canned wasn't available.
Both dogs got digestive upsets and stool was greatly increased. They like the food fine, but I'm going to have to find the EVO canned elsewhere because it's what they did so well on. I wish K9Cuisine would carry the 95% venison & duck again because I loved using them and they always had great customer service.
Hopefully they'll carry Evo again in the future!
Both our Boxer & Shih Tzu love this food! We mix it in with their dry food and it takes all of 5 seconds for the food to be gone.
