The quality of the food is second to none. Unfortunately my pup has gone back to scratching and biting at herself :-( So for us it'll be back to homemade food only...however this is not the fault of this food. I recommend this food to everyone!

Our dog does not care for the taste of this food. It appears to be less desirable than the Orijen original or regional red.

As far as I'm concerned it doesn't get any better than Addiction. Kangaroo and Apples is perfect for my dog that has some allergies. This food works well if your dog also needs a higher-fiber food (such as dogs with IBD or colitis) since, at 7%, it has about twice the fiber of most others. I've used many many high end no grains but my Adult English Setters love this food! It also has been gentle on their systems and have kept a very good weight on it. I highly recommend this and for us it is a 5 star! The ingredient listing is very impressive.

These small bites are very small.. bb size.. and at first I thought they were only suitable for a 2 lb dog... but my 15 lb Boston Terrier absolutely loves this food... she is now a former picky eater and gobbles these up with gusto... I am ordering the large bites for my large dog as he tries to eat her little ones.

Orijen food is simply the best. We switched our Lab over to this food recently from the Adult formula. Stool was a little runny at first but now is ok.

I change between a home prepared organic/local/grass fed/free range local meat, lamb, pork and chicken diet. The fact that all my pets gobble it down on kibble days is a testimony for Orijen's appeal as well.
Added bonus, my open minded vet recommended it me after she did a lot of research to find the best kibble on the market. Sadly she's the first vet I've encountered who has researched this. Most of the vet's I've asked push Science Diet which we all know gets low ratings for quality.
I must sound like an Orijen marketer, but I'm not! Just a huge fan.

My dog loves it, he was recently diagnosed with very early stages of kidney disease and the food my vet recommend was full of awful ingredients. After doing so research on what a balanced diet for a dog in the very early stages of KD looked like I found Burns Pet Health, it meets his nutritional requirements and I like the ingredient list. It's taking my dog longer to adjust to this new food than she usually does when just changing brands. I'm still putting a few pieces of regular kibble (till it runs out, which it nearly is all gone)in with the new veggie formula because she's having looser stools. I'm confident her digestive system will adjust to the new veggie formula. She seems to like the taste okay, but doesn't act overjoyed by it. I'm hoping that by the time her old formula is completely gone and she's 100% on the veggie formula, she will both like it a lot and her tummy will be accustomed to more fiber. It's a major change, but a necessary one.
