The cats will take a small sample and seem okay with the taste, but will not go back to eat any more after about five minutes. The can is way too big for finicky eaters, so most of it goes to waste. They might be okay with a much smaller can that's a single serving.

I love the Addiction products and they are routinely well-accepted by my animals. I love the novel protein choices that they offer. The venison and avocado gets a 5 star rating from me as a caretaker, but the cats only gave this one a 4 tastewise. They prefer the Brushtail and Vegetables. My one cat loves duck and the Chicken and turkey. But all 9 love the duck. So my advice is Go for the duck. They nibble at the chicken and turkey but go nuts over the duck. 3 STARS FOR THE CHICKEN AND TURKEY. 5 stars for the Duck.

My cats seem to love this food. It's extremely moist and has a very nice consistency. After learning what goes into canned cat/dog food purchased at the grocery store, I wanted to get them on something much healthier. However, my himilayans have flat faces, which makes it difficult for them to eat the pate-type of food. They seem to prefer the bits or shreds that some other brands offer.
