I submitted my online order with the wrong state (don't ask) and caught my error when reviewing the confirmation e-mail sent to my e-mail address. I responded by e-mail with a request to correct the state on the delivery mailing label, half-expecting to never hear back and for the order to end up in Alabama (i'm in NY). In less than 5 minutes I received an e-mail acknowledging my request to correct the order which ended up being processed correctly.
