I bought 2 of these for my chicken-allergic chi. For days, she showed no interest at all. She finally chewed around the edges a bit but I believe it was just too hard. I threw it away and will give the other one to a friend's larger dog who is a more aggressive chewer.

To my surprise both of my cats liked this one. I bought Ziwipeak wet food once before a few years ago. At first just one can to see how they reacted to it. They loved it... until I bought more cans. Suddenly it fell out of favor. While they still ate it, they made sure to let me know that they were no longer in love with it (what can I say: cats).
But I took a chance and repurchased it and even the finicky cat ate from it right away.

If I could afford to feed only one food, this would be it. Easy to feed, easy to travel with and the dogs do well on it. Sadly for us it's one of the most expensive raw diets out there.

My dog really liked seemed to like this food but unfortunately, it just didn't agree with her stomach. At first I thought everything was ok but after a few feedings it caused her to have very bad diarrhea. I discontinued this food and everything went back to normal. Also, I'm a vegetarian and it was a bit much for me to feed it with the organs and tripe. It could have just been too rich for my dog.
