I like the shape of this, it's flat, and easy to chew for smaller breeds. The ingredients are almost identical to the Artemis small breed and the calories are not much different. For some reason this kibble give the dog I got it for, bad gas. I am probably going to not purchase it again. She has no problems with the Artemis small bites, so it's weird, but this one must have something different in it.

Artemis Senior Dog Formula is replacing Small Breed Sr. and Med/Large Breed Sr. formulas.
Artemis combined the two formulas and also changed the kibble size to be compatible with multi-breeds. It is not too small or too big and will be perfect for all of our older companions.

I am really picky about what I feed my dogs. I needed a food that had high calories AND a good nutritional content for a few of my dogs that need the extra pounds in the winter time. This food can be a little more difficult to get, but it's worth it.
