Nature's Variety - Raw Frozen Lamb Dog & Cat Food

Your pets are meat eaters, so raw food is the most instinctive and natural form of nutrition they can eat. A diet consisting of raw, fresh meat, organs, ground bone, and fat reflects what they would eat in nature. With natural proportions of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, proteins, and amino acids, raw diets provide wholesome nutrition for the health of your pets. The natural results of such high quality nutrition include increased energy, toned muscles, and a soft, glossy coat!

We can only ship frozen food on Monday. Orders received after 12:00 Noon CST on Monday will be shipped the following Monday.

My dog is doing wonderfully well on this food. His skin and intestinal problems have cleared up, he's in good coat and gaining back up to a proper weight

2. Bonnie on 8/7/2009, said:

Fritz loves it and it seems to agree with him. I haven't done any research as of yet on raw food for dogs but, intend to do so. I'm wondering if it's a good thing that there's less residue creating less poop, of course. Right now I'm feeding him half of the suggested amount of the raw lamb and half of the suggested daily amount of Origen. I'm doing this partially because I think the dry food is probably better for keeping his teeth clean. Luckily, he eats the raw first because he apparently prefers it and them eats the dry. I feed him half and half at the same meal twice a day.

3. Alice on 6/19/2009, said:

Dogs love the taste

4. Franz on 5/22/2009, said:

Our dogs love it!

5. Olga on 1/27/2009, said:

As always Nature's Variety is a wonderful choice. This is definitely the best food I've found for my dog, just wish it was not this expensive.

1. Kathryn on 11/2/2009, said:

My two dogs (boxers) love this food. I give them each a half a patty every other day and just decrease their dry food by 1 cup. They scarf this down and I feel better supplementing their processed food with something REAL! We haven't had any digesting upset with this slow switch.

2. Joyce on 10/6/2009, said:

My Bedlington Terrier loves these tasty medallions.

3. John on 5/28/2009, said:

My dogs have eaten Nature's Variety since they were little puppies. They have clean breath and whiter teeth than Eddie Murphy.

4. Lawrence on 2/18/2009, said:

dog won't eat it

5. Paul on 8/5/2008, said:

Would be great if the product came in better sizes to avoid handling as much.

Thanks for making it so easy to order!

2. Gloria on 1/12/2010, said:

I had to change foods as one of our dogs is allergic to Beef. This one was one of our dry food alternatives, and I am happy to report that both dogs love it. I think the Instinct brand is quite good in general.

3. Nancy on 11/2/2009, said:

Great food! Would highly recommend.

4. Son on 10/23/2009, said:

Just switched from orijen to this and my shiba (very picky) likes it and so far has no allergic reactions to it.

5. Michele on 10/17/2009, said:

My dogs absolutely LOVE this food. One of my dogs is an English Pointer who is a little finicky and always looks like she's on a starvation diet because she's so skinny. But I've finally been able to put a little weight on her with this food. She's solid muscle and runs for hours and hours!

Sudden changes in diet can sometimes result in digestive disturbances. Do not overfeed regardless of the pet’s acceptance and eagerness. Overfeeding is the most common cause of digestive upset. Always introduce any new diet over a period of days, mixing with the present diet. Keep fresh water available at all times and offer plenty of exercise.

Charlie Brown, my Persian guy loves Instint Rabbit Meal. Given the taste test of Instinct Rabbit and Wellness he always picks the Instinct! I am pleased, too, since I feel he is getting great nutrition and enjoys his food! I love this and so does he! Thanks again to k9cuisine.com for the sample bag. It got us hooked on great food and your great service! I am happy to give 5 stars to the food and you as well! Oops! And Charlie Brown agrees!

It's great food and my kitty loves it as well, but her digestive system doesn't like it so much. Despite slowly switching, she's had severe diarrhea. I think it just might be too rich for the little 5 month old girl.

3. Maria on 1/6/2010, said:

My golden retriever puppy adores these sticks. I had bought one from a local dog boutique and it was about 12 inches long for about the same price as this bag. When I got the bag I was a little surprised at how small the sticks in it were. I guess, overall, the amount of sticks equals the one longer one I had bought locally. A good product, but I was surprised by the small size.

This is a great product! My dogs love it and it took care of tartar build up on the teeth. If you have an aggressive chewer monitor them with it, as it can easily be eaten in a very short amount of time, which can lead to upset stomachs.

It seems it is very easy for the dogs to break the bone. I was surprised to see how easily they were chewing the bone to pieces. It made me a bit worried... although the dogs absolutely were crazy about this.

My rottie can barely control herself when she sees one of these in my hand. She runs and gets her blanket and spreads it out on the floor as soon as she sees me going for one (she knows she isnt allowed to eat these on mommy's carpet). I think the food is great, and our dogs really like it. However, since we started them on the beef, one of our dogs gets skin rashes. I believe he might be allergic to beef. I will therefore change to rabbit, lamb and venison.

This is the only food I can give my dogs, otherwise they have skin and digestive problems. It is almost impossible to find it in Evansville, IN, which is why I now buy it online from you.
