I tried this product because of a skin problem for my younger choc lab. All three labs love the food and the skin has improved some. I have been using single protein, higher quality foods like Wellness and Blue. I was attracted to this product due to omegas and zinc. I am pleased.

I have 3 dogs and I am on a mission: find something healthy and tasty. I got a sample size bag of this and when I had mixed it in with a food that was unappealing to them they pigged out. I like the package concept but prefer meat as a 1st ingredient not meal. I will try others but will keep this one on the list.

Feed 1 level tablespoon per 50 lb of body weight daily. This should be top dressed or mixed with food daily. For Larger breeds, give multiple of 1 tablespoon per 50 lb of body weight daily. The above doses achieve a dose rate of approximately 15-20 mg of elemental zinc from zinc methionine per 20 lb of dog. My dog has a liver condition and the vet recommended this zinc tablet 3 times a day and to give her an egg yolk, 3 times a day to help with her skin. This seems to be working very well for her. Thank you!

These tablets work like magic. My 10 year old husky developed a skin problem around her eyes to the point of minor bleeding and irritation. My vet suggested I try these with her as he had only heard about them. She started taking these and in weeks the problem is completely gone. The skin around her eyes has been healed and she is back to her old self, not itching! This is an amazing product! I mix it in canned food morning and night.
