These are great treats for puppies if you get this item. I ordered these twice (4 bags) and got the larger size dog biscuits. When I placed my last order I specified the puppy size. I'm not going to send them back, it would cost too much and I paid more than the cost of the product to have it shipped. I wouldn't be ordering these at all but I can't find them in the pet stores anymore.

My generally mellow dog becomes a wild man when I take these out. He can't perform enough tricks, fast enough. It is difficult to find a dog treat with such limited ingredients that isn't jerky. This is a great product.

I have used Northern Biscuits Venison Stew with Applesauce Gravy for years,they are a wonderful biscuit. When I found K9 Cuisine on the internet and saw their wonderful prices I decided to try them. I like the idea of this product for my dog. However it is a bit hard and he is still just a puppy, so they will sit for another three months. He also does not care much for the taste. If I break them myself and mix them into his food he will tolerate them. I do not buy cheap filler food or treats either. He has been raised on quality stuff, so I don't believe his dislike of this product is due to dependance on sugar based treats and food.

I love Northern Biscuit but I think I prefer the grain free treats. While all of the company's treats are hand made and wonderful, these didn't stand out as special among the other flavors/kinds they offer.
These did not offer a noticeable calming effect on my basset hound with high energy and anxiety.
