The development of Mulligan Stew resulted from founder, Kevin Meehan’s love for his black lab Mulligan. At 5 years old, Mulligan was beginning to slow down and turn grey. Complete Cellular Health – Formulated to work from the inside out of your pet’s body to promote optimal cellular functionality. Healthy cells promote healthy organs, tissue and blood.
Whole Body Detoxification – Toxins are stored in fat cells in all mammals. Cabbage and horseradish are high in the enzyme Glutathione Peroxidase, whose main biochemical role is to prevent cells from oxidation. Dogs loved it. Was surprised to find a notation on the can stating it was for "supplemental feeding only" After reading about the food on their website and here, this came as a surprise.The formulation certainly seems complete, I can only imagine that some regulating entity makes them put that on there because they haven't paid for the appropriate fees or testing?
