May return to this when our dog is older, but right now she's getting plenty of exercise so the regular food would be better. Not really sure why I ordered this one, so we'll use it up and return to our regular. Our breeder recommends only using NutriSource, and our Cavachon thrives on it. I have used this product for a year with both my Siberian Husky and my Husky/Shepard mix. They both have done very well. Before this, I tried just about every commercially produced dog food on the market for my Siberian with detrimental effects. He had constant diarrhea. Before each new dog food, I would put him on plain rice and ground chicken to get his system back to normal and then work in slowly a new dog food for a month. Nothing worked. Finally, I found this one and we haven't switched yet. He loves it, it works great and his energy level is as high as ever. Love this food!

I have three large dogs and never had digestive or allergy problems with this food. I like the large size of the kibble; the grain free option is a big plus too. I don't give it a 5 star rating because the flavor seems a little bland to my dogs; I always mix it with another more flavorful brand.
