Grizzly Pet Products specializes in all-natural pet products derived from Wild Alaskan Salmon and other wild fish.
Grizzly Pet Products, LLC has two U. S. branches - the headquarters in Redmond, Washington and an east coast regional branch in Jacksonville, Florida.
The distribution in North America is managed in close cooperation with transportation and distribution companies, which guarantees efficient delivery throughout the United States.
Their Mission: Grizzly Pet Products, LLC takes pride in continuously improving your pet's quality and length of life, and are dedicated to developing innovative, natural and healthy fish-based products that benefit your pets.
They want all dog and cat owners to know about the research-documented health benefits of daily supplements of fish-based omega-3 fatty acids, and their goal is to make Grizzly Salmon Oil available to every pet owner.
Salmon Oil - Dog Food Supplement - Grizzly Salmon Oil™ is derived only from wild Alaskan Salmon. The salmon oil naturally retains its balanced blend of valuable fatty acids and is further protected by adding all-natural Rosemary Extract. It contains inherent antioxidants and traces of vitamins that naturally occur in the salmon. Their all-natural product will not interfere with your dog's intake of vitamins from other sources.
Grizzly Salmon Oil supplies a daily supplement rich in EPA and DHA - the right omega-3 fatty acids. The recommended daily dose of Grizzly Salmon Oil yields approximately 500 to 2500 milligrams of these important fatty acids, depending on your dog's weight. Your dog's metabolism uses these nutrients immediately without any prior conversion. Plant-based omega-3 fatty acids, such as those found in flax seed, must be converted by your dog's body prior to use. This conversion is very inefficient and may result in as little as 5 % - 15 % of the fatty acids being actually metabolized.
When given to your dog as directed according to weight, Grizzly Salmon Oil delivers approximately 50-300 milligrams of linoleic acid, the essential omega-6 fatty acid. Other omega-6 fatty acids are present in only very small amounts. These naturally occurring acids are like a double-edged sword. On one hand, linoleic acid is essential for your dog because it cannot be produced by your dog's own metabolism. On the other hand, large amounts of unbalanced omega-6 fatty acids have been proven to lead to a higher risk of inflammatory diseases, arthritis stiffness and a weak immune system.
Wild Salmon Treats for Dogs - These treats are tasty, extremely nutritious bits of smoked wild salmon! No grain and naturally preserved. Grizzly NuTreats are about the size of salad croutons, 6 calories each piece. Training, treating, and rewards. A great reward for when the dog is being good. Dogs don't have to do something to get a treat, sometimes it's all about not doing something bad. If your dog is being good (napping, sitting quietly, not barking at something), give a treat and say, "Good dog". Your dog or puppy will more often choose good behavior when rewarded with a smile and a treat.

Two of my 3 small dogs love it...the other, not so much. I would prefer it if the product was chewier. Even though my dogs are under 3 lbs, they are able to chew it right up. It breaks into small pieces easily, which also makes it too easy to chew up and eat quickly. A little "tougher" product would be better, but it's a very healthy treat.
