The food is as good as the other Instinct varieties. It has all the same good qualities to recommend it (plenty moist, with some gravy, good veggies, etc.). The cats just won't really eat it. They'll nibble at it some, then leave the rest.

This is the only food that my 16 year old cat eats. She begs for it. Great quality food!

My cats love this food!!!

All three of my cats just love this canned cat food, and it's healthy for them too!

This stuff is fabulous; I have 3 cats, one of whom weighed 24lbs and truly needed to lose weight. They have all been on this since about May 2008. Fat Sham is now down to 18lbs 4.5oz. The other 2 have lost some weight too. And this with no portion control at all. Their coats are amazing and they very rarely throw up at all anymore. It's expensive, but it's worth it.

Our cat loves this flavor! She loves the juice that is in it. One problem I have noticed with this flavor in the cans is the pop open top of the can breaks off before you can get it open(so you have to use a can opener). None of the other flavors have done that. It has happened to about 30% of the cans we have purchased in only this flavor.

Two out of my three cats love this and one of them is the pickiest eater ever.

8. Silke on 8/12/2008, said:

Product has great consistency - each new batch is well accepted by "the boys". Since on Nature's Variety overall health has improved.

9. Deb on 3/3/2008, said:

My cat will eat a little of this. I think because it is wetter than the beef formula. She still wont finish it, but she will eat some of it.

Cats (ages 5-17) all like this food. I've not had any problems with intestinal upsets changing over to this food. Would purchase again.
