Fritz loves it and it seems to agree with him. I haven't done any research as of yet on raw food for dogs but, intend to do so. I'm wondering if it's a good thing that there's less residue creating less poop, of course. Right now I'm feeding him half of the suggested amount of the raw lamb and half of the suggested daily amount of Origen. I'm doing this partially because I think the dry food is probably better for keeping his teeth clean. Luckily, he eats the raw first because he apparently prefers it and them eats the dry. I feed him half and half at the same meal twice a day.

As always Nature's Variety is a wonderful choice. This is definitely the best food I've found for my dog, just wish it was not this expensive.

The product comes COVERED in ice... I thought the whole batch was freezer burned. But then after discussing my concerns with the staff at K9, they suggested I thaw it in the fridge for three days. That did the trick! So far so good, and my puppy likes it, but in the future I'll just buy it locally. Oh, and props to K9 Cuisine for honoring their 100% return policy. But to return this I would have to come up with 40 pounds of dry ice... I'm just glad the three day defrost worked.
