Step One: Process Your Return Label
You can print a FREE FedEx domestic shipping label right here! Here's what you need to do:
1. Log into your account from the Login link located at the top right of our site. 2. Locate the "Quick Menu" and select "Order History". Note: The Quick Menu is located in the upper right side of the screen. 3. Select the order you would like to return. 4. Click the "Return" link. 5. Check off the item(s) you would like to return 6. Click on the "Create Return Label" button. You can then print the label right from the screen. A label will also be mailed to the email address on your account. Questions? Step Two: Your Item's Original Packaging
* Please include a copy of your order in the return box. * Products must be returned in the original packaging. We will not accept returns that have been removed from the original packaging. * Place the item securely in a sturdy box. The original K9 Cuisine box is perfect. If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them. * Tape your FedEx return label to your box, then drop it off at any authorized FedEx Shipping Center. PLEASE DO NOT USE A FedEx DROP BOX - you must drop off your return at a FedEx Service Center - Thank you!
Find the FedEx Service Center Nearest to You. http://fedex.com/us/ Enter your zip code and click find. We'll take care of the rest for you! Return shipping is absolutely FREE!
Once K9 Cuisine has received your return, your credit card will be refunded.
*Please note to use our pre-paid labels, shipments must be sent from the United States.
