A credit will be issued to your account upon receipt of the returned goods.

* All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
* No returns will be accepted after 30 days from order date.
* All returns must be shipped to K9 Cuisine by FedEx ground.
* Please use the return label provided.
* Items to be returned must be delivered to a FedEx drop point.
* We will not accept COD returns.
* If the original order did not meet the $50 minimum required for free shipping, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
