" I just got my first shipment of the raw Lamb Nature's Original complete diet. I was very pleased with the packaging and condition of the food when it arrived. I have a 7 year old German Shepherd who started life on a raw diet. He's always had a history of digestive disorders, mal-absorption, and on top of all of that, he's a horribly picky eater. He managed to pick enough to keep body and soul together, but neither his coat nor his condition were good. My vet finally had me put him on an RX kibble for dogs with digestive issues. This stuff was awful. Imagine feeding PEANUT HULLS to a dog! I stuck with it for a few weeks and then noticed that my dog was shedding horribly, had dandruff and all sorts of skin problems starting. Not only that, his beautiful teeth were becoming terribly stained and I was seeing the first signs of gum disease. I knew raw was the way to go. My last Shepherd lived to be fourteen years old and never once needed any dental treatment of any kind. I was a bit worried about Mr. Picky eating this food as he doesn't usually like fruit and veg. Well, he INHALED the food in under three minutes and was still polishing his dish when I took it away to wash it. I may have to do some budget shuffling to manage this, but I figure that I have a choice in what I eat. My dog is dependent on me to pick the best diet possible. I look forward to seeing his condition improve on this diet. "
