Throughout this last 10 years, customer service has been our focus and is what separates us from other online pet food retailers. Our return policy is simple! If you would like to return an item in the first 60 days for a full refund of the cost of the product. It just needs to be in its original packaging and cannot be used or expired. All we ask is that you cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. It’s that simple!

We have partnered with UPS to get your packages shipped quickly and without damage. If for some reason the item is damaged in shipping, please contact us, and we will reship you the damaged items to you free of charge! Our customer service team will just have a few questions so that we can work with UPS to correct any issues.

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization and instructions for returning your product right away.

K9Cuisine.com does not take ownership of the returned items until those items have arrived at our warehouse. At times, our customer service team may issue a refund without requiring a return. In these cases, all we ask is that you keep or donate the item to a local pet shelter that can use it.  

** NOTE: Items purchased using Gift Cards / Discount Certificates purchased from third-party promotions can not be returned.
